Welcome to Love City: Meet and Match (the “Game”), developed by IE Nikita Kudriashov (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Eligibility
The Game is intended for users aged 16 and above. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
2. In-App Purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., card decks). Purchases are processed by Apple via your App Store account and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies. We do not control or store your payment information.
3. License to Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for your personal entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Game for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with or disrupt the Game’s normal operation, including attempting to circumvent technical protection measures or exploiting bugs.
5. Updates and Termination
We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, device malfunction, or loss of enjoyment arising from or relating to your use of the Game.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Where local mandatory consumer laws apply, you may also have rights under those laws.
